Post by rojarosguitar » Sun Jan 08, 2017 5:40 pm

Here is a new little illustrated tune 'Sadness comes and goes' I recorded last December...

That's great Robert! Jazzy chords, wistful tune, nice changes of mood. Pictures fit well too.

Nice tone!
(Does your composition become the property of youtube once you publish it there?)

Do you have sheet music for sale for this piece? I rather enjoyed it and would like to play it without having to "ear" it. The video wasn't bad either. I hope to do as well with my own compositions one day soon.

Many thanks for all your very kind comments.

I hear these tunes in my mind and bring them out on the guitar.
Unfortunately I have never developed the ability to notate these tunes. But if you like the tunes I publish, please feel free to play them as you like

As to Youtube, I don't think the published videos become their property, at least I have never seen anything to this effect. It's a bit different as with Facebook, where you have this in the regulations. But I might be wrong, please correct me then.

I agree, but apart from the jazzy chords I also hear a little hint of fado, or is that the caused by the pictures? Oh, and there seems to be a tiny quote of Barrios' Confesion at 0:41

Very nice, and a nice tone. I'd like a more noticeable structure as a piece but as a semi-improv I like it.
