D01 Classical guitar lesson 09

Post by Jean-François Delcamp » Wed Apr 27, 2016 8:26 am

Hello everyone,
Please start by downloading the latest version of volume D01.
If you are new to the course, please read this message to familiarize yourself with the conditions for participating in the lessons. You should also read the first message in lesson 1, where you will find advice on how to make the most of your study time and on the methods of practising that I recommend.

First we will study some technical exercises from volume D01.

Finally, we'll look at five tunes, pages 44 to 48.

I ask you first to work on all these exercises and tunes for a week and then to upload your recordings of:

Good luck!

I thank Geoff (GeoffB) who has helped in the translation of my lessons into English.

Jean-François

Nice jobs everyone!

Tom, very nice tempo and even playing. You missed the first repeat in measure 8 of the Aguado Valse.

Good luck in the final exam.

Sal

Hi Salvatore,

Thanks for the comment. I see that I did miss that first repeat - I think I was concentrating too hard on getting the second section right :) Good luck to you on the exam as well.

Tom.

Thank you, Tom. What I meant to say was "break a leg" and "in bocca di Lupa" to all in the final exam.

Does anyone know when the exam songs will be posted or are they assumed to be one of the final songs in level one book?

The exam piece was posted a month ago: viewtopic.php?f=41&t=103617#p1103235

By the way, it seems like you haven't registered for the exam at the Spanish forum. As D01 exam will be held in two days time, you will need to hurry!
