This is a study for TREMOLO right hand technique and

The tremolo technique requires a fairly long period of rote learning.

Before playing beautiful pieces as Recuerdos de la Alhambra by Tarrega
or at least Feste Lariane by Mozzani when I was young I was very frustrated because
I did not want play the tremolo on simple chords or tedious study...

This is the reason why I composed Sea of Tranquility from the technical point of view.
I think the left hand is interesting enough but not too difficult.
If the left hand is too hard distracts you from the study of tremolo,
If it is too easy you get bored.

When I wrote Sea of Tranquility I was also very lucky because my feeling was sincere and
just fell from the sky the right chords :)

My tremolo techniques still are lacking a lot but I will not give up. Definitely will give this a try when back home from work. Thanks!

You're right, never give up!
The tremolo is a valuable technique and like all good things are a little difficult to conquer...

I'm sure that soon you'll play it good !

Hi Luigi,
it is difficult to summarize all the advice I gave about Tremolo technique
on this forum or on my free website
http://www.classicalguitarvideo.com/tea ... rcices.htm

1) the best possible fingering is p,a,m,i

2) a good exercise to begin is to play tremolo on one string ( the G string is the best )

3) use the metronome to increase the speed (very patiently)

4) Find a piece you really like it: so you play more time and more satisfying

5) Most of the Tremolo pieces are too difficult for the left hand or too easy, boring, banal...

that's why I advise you Sea of Tranquility :)
