This is merely a re-engraving with Lilypond of the solo guitar transcription by J K Mertz. I found the original rather cramped and difficult to read.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for cleaning it up. This is my favorite (playable) Schubert piece for guitar. I wish someone would (or could?) translate Schubert's Elf King to the solo guitar. I think Diabeli did but not for SOLO guitar.

good job!! this piece is well written out and detailed to make it a joy and easy to read with little effort to prep. :merci:
