This is a Concerto Grosso by Georg Muffat (1653–1704). It is reduced to five parts. You can see the original concerto grosso layout at:
http://imslp.org/wiki/Concerto_II_-_Cor ... at,_Georg). Lines 1 and 2 are very high, 1 requiring the 20th fret at one point. I suggest the best way to play it is two oboes / flutes / violins playing lines 1 and 2 from the IMSLP parts and two guitars (3 and 4) playing lines 3-5 from these parts. Guitar 5 just doubles the bass line.
