@AlexRaven
Just use the fingering you find the most appropriate. Yes, some half notes in the upper voices can't be held fully, so mostly I decided to let drop the middle ones. The reason that they are written as halfnotes though is to preserve most of the original information. So when interpreting you have a more clear vision eg. of the voice leading. But you are right, you can't play the note values exactly as written. Or only by finding some difficult fingerings. My transcription is not perfect and only a compromise between good sounding and easy playability.

You are allowed commercial recordings and distributing the score non-commercially. Or do you need more exact information?

If your goal was clear indication, then, in my opinion, it would be better to reduce second half noes in lead voice from 5 to 13 measure down to eighth notes and transfer them to second voice (it does affect the sounding). It is logical and more appropriate if we follow standard musical rules common for piano composition. Moreover, it seems to me that after this transformation the general score view would be better aesthetically.

Can I re-engrave the work? Can I use it as the bassis for a 2 guitar
arrangement?

Minstrel,
ok, I'm going to read about the cc licenses.
But for your question: Yes sure, feel free to use it as a basis for your own work.

If you have a quick look at the score, it's easy to answer: yes

One minor remark to author : in my opinion, you'd better add 6=D in the score. Although it is obvious, any qualified editor ( if you managed to prepare hard copy version) must tell you to do so.

Thank you, Alex! Just wanted to experience a guitarist on stage to suddenly start retuning the guitar in the middle of the piece. :sorride:

Thanks! I played a really simple version of this (in E :)) at my sister-in-laws wedding many years ago. I will work this up and play it for her and her husband, they will be delighted.
