Simplicio, Vito - Spring, At Last

Postby Vito Simplicio » Sun Apr 22, 2007 6:00 pm

After living in cold climate areas like Northern Idaho and Berlin, I do have a deep appreciation for wanting winter to be finally over. Here's hoping that you are enjoying spring at last.

Dear Vesuvio and Owl,

I always have trepidation when I hit the submit button just because my compositions are really not "classical" music and I know that my guitar skills are minimal. So it's always a bit of a surprise me when I get a compliment from people like you two. Thank you so much for supporting my music.

Owl, hmmm a 'A Suite for All Seasons', oh man, now I have my work cut out for me. :chitarrista:

Sincerely,

Vito

Hi fEZ, I'm glad you enjoyed this piece. Always good to hear from you

To both of you, man you two are the masters of influence using the small but effective fonts. :)

My dearest friend Vito,

These words from you made me sad...

Please perish the thought, my friend!!! You are a wonderful person who makes wonderful music from your heart and soul!!! "Classical" or not... expert guitarist or not... Please know that you still play better than me. Hahaha!!! Kidding aside, your music inspires me me a lot and I am thankful that you are always very generous in sharing your works with us.

I agree with our dear Owl, you have "A Suite for All Seasons" to accomplish. I'll be eagerly awaiting for the completion of the "project"! :D :D :D

Thank you for sharing, my dear Vito! More power to you!!!

yours,

Tony

Dear Tony, thanks for your encouraging words. As long as I hear that my music is inspiring and that people can sense that I'm playing from my heart, then as a composer, I'm a happy man.

Hello Guitar Slim, I have so much respect for your music and you play so well that it pleases me to know that my music now resides on your hard drive.

Hello Philbaux, Calling my piece a "present" is a wonderful way to compliment. I notice that you often take the time to compliment others on their music. It's, of course, appreciated by all. merci beaucoup

Sincerely,

Vito

Thanks eales,

I'm sometimes called a jazz guitarist but I feel that I'm not that either. I consider myself a guy who plays guitar and it just happens to be a CG.

Best regards,

Vito
