Simplicio, Vito - Lonely But Not Alone

Postby Vito Simplicio » Sun Jun 25, 2006 12:46 am

Hello Everyone,

There's been times in my life that I have felt lonely but was always blessed with loving friends and family. I can't imagine how terrible it would be to be lonely and alone. This piece to me captures captures these feelings but hey, what do I know?

Maybe "Alone but not Lonely" would be a better state? As they say, "better to be alone than in bad company" The guitar makes excellent company... This is a beautiful piece that you've written. (You can post the sheet music as a .pdf if you want to... hint hint...)

Thanks for the support on this piece. I've been experimenting with mics and settings and I wish the quality was better.

Hi Marcus,

Thank you for the kind words. My wife thinks that I'm much more romantic with my guitar than with her.

No! really Jazz and Classical are the same woman, one is mistress of the night and the other one of the day (see which is which when??? ) and guitar has this power to embody both in a bar's time! (Through the kind of music you played for us Simplicio).
