Vivaldi, Antonio; Largo

Postby aläx » Wed Jun 07, 2006 5:19 pm

Hello friends

I am a great fan of Vivaldi.
So i trie to play a transkription of the Largo from the concert in a- minor.
I also want to introduce my transkription of the first movement of this concert but first i must practise a little bit

much fun

Aläx

aläx thank you so much!! I had never thought of trying this one on guitar, (I used to play Vivaldi pieces on the alto recorder), but I dashed out and found several midi files of this Largo and will now give it a try. (It's the Concerto in A minor for Violin, RV.356, Op.3 No.6, (from 'L'estro armonico' if anyone wants to look for it.)

You play this beautifully, and I am so happy to find someone else who loves Corelli and Vivaldi! (I've been collecting pieces to try playing on my new archlute, and have collected some very nice work by Alessandro Piccinini, Bellerofonte Castaldi, Cesari Negri if you are interested... All I need now is more time to learn them!)

thank you again

That's a nice arrangement (I'd like the score as well), and your playing is nothing short of gorgeous!

Thanks for sharing. :)
