How about Sor's L'Encouragement?
It has a few tricky passages though.

Carulli's Mozart (Andante and Rondo) is easier and also beautiful.

Francis Kleynjans, 3 romances op. 100 (not easy)

Maria Linnemann, Desiderata (not difficult and surprising sound) :P

Sor has an opus number which I cannot recall right now, but it is just duets I think. Very nice stuff. You should check it out.
