Anyone here utilize this technique? I just started working on it a few weeks ago, and it wasn't as difficult as one might think.

Instead of executing the tremolo with ami or iami, you do it all with your pinky finger. Jorge Caballero uses the technique in "Pictures at an Exhibition".

It gives more of a fluttering effect rather than the traditional tremolo sound--it would never work in Tarrega's "Recuerdos" or Rodrigo's "Invocation and Dance"!

I guess, this is technique utilized (invented?) by Yamashita for his Pictures at an Exhibition transcription.
Regards,

(still testing various strings with 2006 Sebastian Stenzel and Olinda OC-300)

Tremolo with just one finger - the pinky? I would love to see a video of that?
