Other than no cracks, what's the condition: finish, scratches? Is the fret board new or just recently polished when refretted? Who did the fret install and what kind of frets (and size) were used? Any information on where the guitar has been for it's 50 year life?
And as Kent said, more pictures would be helpful.
Thank you.

anywhere on the fret board. The neck is near perfect. This is a delicate and commanding Concert Instrument.+ years in a closet. No scratches on top, a ding or two hardly
noticeable. Refinished by a violin maker at one time, really don't know a lot about this guitar. Hidden far to many years, my fingers not what they were, reason for selling.

This looks to be the same Papazian that was listed on Bruce Banister's site for a while (same photos anyway). I was always intrigued by this one. It has one of his earlier rosettes before he started inlaying his name, which I think happened in the late 60's or early 70s. Is the apparent finish mottling around the back edges from the refinish you mentioned? I wish I was closer to NC!
Remember Anthony Weller, please help. Contact myself or Aaron Green for details.

Not sure this is the best way to bump a thread, though. :)

If you visit Sweden I will probably buy it ;) Good luck with the sale, seems like a very interesting guitar. A picture of the saddle to see the break angle would be nice too.

Is this the right picture of the guitar? I am no authority on Brazilian rosewood, but examples of pics I've seen of BR is usually much darker, some highly figured.

BR can look vastly different, but I agree this doesn't look like "ordinary" Dalbergia nigra. More like Mahogany actually, but I believe it's not :)

Here's a picture of a Hauser 1 with BR back and sides from 1935.
