Yes, take each ad on its own merit (and take into account the posting history), but it seems crazy to keep people out who may have genuinely nice instruments for sale. There hardly seems to be a problem with spam ads here.

If not a post count then a length of membership requirement would help build credibility. Personally I would not be giving my money to someone who has 5-10 posts and recently signed up.
