I enjoyed how well you played it. I have found Bach's fugues the most impenetrable of all of his music. As a naive listener, I could hear some of the structure of the fugue, and that is saying a lot.
Thanks Lagartija. I couldn't agree more about Bach's fugues. Even more amazing to me in regards to this particular fugue is it has a second part, based on the same subject that is twice as long and even more complex. Pure genius. When I walk to work I listen to these two fugues over and over again and marvel at their beauty. I am also a huge fan of Gould. His interpretation of this toccata for me is perfection.

Thanks Mark.
Glad you liked it.
It was my first recording with a decent ($50) mic and I felt a bit overwhelmed.
I think (hope) I made a little progress with my BWV 827 Scherzo recording.

:merci:

Your playing is outstanding! Loved each note.
:bravo:
There is nothing more beautiful than the sound of a guitar - maybe aside from that of two guitars (Frederic Chopin)

Thanks for listening,
Apologies, I tried repeatedly to embed the youtube video with the code after the = sign but it didn't work.
