Hey tatodoc2002,

not to get off subject or anything ,but i just noticed you have a Federico Sheppard maple 6-string on the way.............Very Cool!!

He's a friend of mine and the only classical guitar and for that matter the only "Nylon" strung guitar i own is one of his. i sold everything else i had .
i have a "La Morena" model. Redwood top and Indian B/S, Lattice Braced.
Simply a Beautiful guitar!

Make sure you post some pics of it when it's finished! :D :wink:

The skill of the luthier is the key

I have played BOTH:

GV Rubio Brazilian and GV Rubio Indian Rosewood.

They are both delicious, Indian rosewood, in good hands, sound as good as Brazilian rosewood.

The bottom line is the skill of the luthier, and not so much the B vs I issue.
