Playing simple things is sometimes not as easy as one thinks. Here's the proof  Comments welcome as always.

Well, you certainly made it sound easy. Very well done. A strong performance.

Thank you, Cam! I worked very hard on this one maybe thirty years ago and I don't think I have heard it since—but I've still got the music* and it's coming out again tonight. Your version sounded very fluid and exuberant, bringing out the joy of the piece. Thank you very much indeed for bringing this one back to me. Best wishes, V. :D

* It is in a little collection which accompanied an LP played by René Bartoli, called "Répertoire pour les jeunes guitaristes". I wasn't all that 'jeune' then and I'm positively 'vieux' now!

Hello Cam, a special request, if you have time. In my old book, this piece is just listed as 'Menuet'. I looked up Opus 21 No 12 in the Boije Collection and it shows up as something completely different. Would you mind double checking the identity of this one for me, please? Regards, V.

Ooops! Sorry about that Vesuvio, I got the Opus No right but the piece is by Carcassi! I changed the title of the mp3.

Hey Cam, I like your solid performance and really good recording. This piece is not as easy as it sounds.

Thanks
