Carulli, Ferdinando - Valse en la majeur - D03

Post by deansprague » Sun Jun 03, 2007 12:09 am

My commitment to myself has been to post a new beginner song that I learn once per month. I missed May so here is my June installment.
Please bear with me - I may have engineered the sound quality :cornet: (see my post at the bottom of the page here: viewtopic.php?t=16612&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15 ) but I'm still really working on the performance.

Anyway, here it is, enjoy.

BTW, Am I in the right place. It appears that the other pieces posted here were posted originally in 2006. Is no one posting here anymore? Does anyone read this forum anymore? Is the access limited (ether formally or informally)?

Hello Dean,

You sustained the pace and rhythm really well in this attractive recording. Well done! I wonder if a little experimenting with volume and tone might help, playing some sections nearer the bridge for example?

Thank you very much for sharing this with us.

Best wishes, V :okok: :merci:

Well done Dean, nicely played. :applauso:

Hopefully the lack of posts in this section isn't going to put you off posting a beginner song once a month, I for one will look forward to them.

Keep up the good work.

very nice you could play in different places like closer to the neck or bridge for each section that way it doesn't get boring and has some texture to it.

thanks for posting your music good stuff.
