Giuliani, Mauro - op.147/10 Allegro Vivace - Video

Post by Valéry Sauvage » Thu May 20, 2010 3:19 pm

Edit : Someone tell me now the opus number I was seeking. According to the original edition, I miss the rondo form of this one and one appogiatura in part A, so there will be soon another take...

Hello Valéry,

What an unusual and interesting section this begins and ends with! Giuliani was so inventive and I really like this very much,

Best wishes, V :D :bravo: :merci:

Thanks V.
I think this piece could be an alternative to the in-famous romance...

Thanks, Val, very nice! Like Vesuvio, I am fascinated by the beginning. I'm not sure what it reminds me of, maybe something middle eastern, but that part has a strange exotic flavour to it.

Thank you, Valéry! This lovely tune was in an anthology I had in my youth and I played it a lot. Great to hear it again.

Regards, Marco.
