Any chance of a few tips on fingering for this ? I'm struggling with barrés and getting sustain on the tied notes in the melody. Sorry to be a plodmeister.

Sure, does this help?

Measures 1, 3 are an Em chord
Measures 2, 4 are a Bm7 chord (barre 2nd)
Measure 5 is a Cmaj7 chord
Measure 6 is a G chord
Measure 7 is an Am7 chord
Measure 8 is a B7 chord (barre 2nd)

It will help, thank you, I was getting there, but didn't want to have to unlearn it if you had a better way.
Cheers

The way I play it everything is down in the lower positions, open strings whenever possible except in measure 8 the E of the D# to E slur is played on the 2nd string, the last E in that measure is played on the open string (and is supposed to be tied to the first beat of the next measure...not the rest as it appears in the score, that is an error.
