thanks Trys -- and I'm old BFG - when I was 17 I was in the service - I didn't start CG in school till in my 20's (which, as I said, was like twice as long ago as you've been alive ... but that's not to say I don't remember my "young buck" days)

I enjoyed very much your playing!

Hi,
You wanted to know how to get the religioso feel to it ...
Well it sure ain't easy. Or at least I don't find it easy
Anyway, what my teacher told me to do here is to push the strings deeper than usually so that you get a deeper and louder sound ...
And you should play it more legato too, or plain slower, whatever you choose. I think David Russell's version of this (which is the only one I posess) is like two and a half minutes long or so and he plays it marvellously.
So there's no need to rush ... Just let it breathe :P

Great Hav!!!

I am in a new world now... I used only to listen to the music. Now, I can watch and feel how the player does his music. And you play very well.

Congratulations!!!

Paulo César - Brazil
My guitar is always in my hands or beside me.
I try to treat it very well and never out of tune...
