Hey guys took me a while to get through this lesson. I stalled out for a little while, just gave me some time to work on a few other things. I eventually made it, here goes nothing. Be nice.

(noticed I made a pretty big mistake towards the end.. I have since corrected it.)

(not the best recording on this one.. for some reason the strings sound really bitey. Not how the guitar sounds in person at all. I think my strings were still breaking in at this point.)

(very happy with the sound I'm getting now)

(Are you sleeping, are you sleeping? I really enjoy learning the pieces I already somewhat know)

:merci: :merci: :merci:

Christopher - very well done. I especially liked the Irish Jig. All of the basics are there - finger alternation, thumb planting (something I need to work on), tone production, left finger movement.

Thanks Ed, I sure appreciate you taking the time to watch the videos and offer some feedback. I like the Irish Jig too, fun little piece.

Right now I'm stuck on getting the piece "lesson 5a" up to speed.
