Thanks Charis, This was a challenging section. Everyone says work on the technical stuff and the speed will follow...we'll see.

Hello guys.

Here is my first attempt to upload a video of Malaguena. I feel a bit nervous in front of the camera even though I know I don' t have to upload it if I don' t want to. Probably, that 's why there are some mistakes in easy parts of the piece. I didn' t count out loud cause the piece is a bit fast and to tell the truth I cannot do that yet. I tried to upload the exercises as well but for some reason it doesn' t upload the whole file. It' s possible to have some instabilities in my network (really often for virgin media). In the first chance I will upload them though.

Enjoy.

And here are the exercises. I had a big problem uploading them to youtube till I decide to transform them into .m4v files but here they are.

Charis,
Nice job. The nerves and technical problems are just part of the deal. Keep moving forward.

Ross, thanks for your comment.
I just noticed two things. First, in the first video my bed is a real mess! And the image is mirrored making me looking a left handed. I found the solution though so next time everything is going to be ok.
Thanks again and see you around.

Hi folks

I am just posting here a couple of exercises which I practised but neglected to post the first time around.

Going over them again, looks like I could do with practising them some more!

Hi,

Here are my attempts. As usual, not at all polished but a beginning. Malaguena will be on my practice list for a good long time to come. I've been playing ex 40 as part of my warm up for several months so it has become fairly smooth. As usual, any feedback is gratefully welcome.

Cheers,
Mike
