Hi Ben, This sounded good. Volt was a little slow but I could easily tell what you where playing. Great job! My fingers where hurting after playing Valse. Sometimes it's better to take a break so you don't injure yourself. Good call to rest up the wrist. :bravo:

Hi Ben,

:bravo:

I found you a little slow on Volt, but it sounded great!! For me, Volt took the longest to get before I recorded it...not sure why. I have the issue with pausing, and I noticed that you also do the same thing. I guess practice fixes that. Rest those injuries!

Hi Barbara,

:bravo:

I heard some extra notes in Volt and sounded like you missed or maybe had some confusion with notes valse. But I think overall you sounded very good!

Hi Bill,

Great playing! :bravo:

Heard that string issue you mentioned. At first, before I read your note, I thought it was out tune.

Thanks for the comments on my playing....you are absolutely correct!!

Bill Davis wrote:Hi All,

Please find my posts below. I was a bit behind so I kind of rushed my recordings. I also had a string problem on my open 'D' so I swapped it with another guitar to get through until I can restring with a new set. So the 'D' string sounds a bit out of place at times on valse. I have been waiting for the strings to go bad so I could do a full set up properly as the saddle needs to be setup for proper intonation on this guitar.

Thanks for listening and your feedback is much appreciated. ~ Bill

Hi Bill,

For being rushed, it sounded really good. I didn't pick up on your D string dilemma. Great job :bravo:

Ben, notes are very clean and precise. The scales in thirds sounded really good, I found that if you didn't hit it just right, it would be muffled or uneven. :bravo:

Shelby,

Everything sounded great. I think it was Valse where to had a small hiccup in the repeat but nothing major. Excellent playing :bravo:

Barbara, nicely done. The scales in thirds and Valse sounded pretty good. It looked like Volt gave you a few issues with your right hand. But, other than that good work :bravo: :bravo:

Scott, Bill and Shelby,

Thanks for the comments. I played these slowly to try and get them played as perfectly as possible. Valse certainly was difficult to get through without a major error, for some reason the repeats caused me trouble. First time, no problem, but second time most always a drop dead error. I'm glad I finally got it done, my left index finger is blistered now.

Hi Ben,

I think you got it perfect :bravo: . Slow is ok, and probably something I should do more of.

Take care of your blister. :(
