Which hard guitar case

Post by mct1 » Thu Jan 20, 2005 12:44 pm

Just wondering whether anyone has a view about which is preferable: - wood cases or the lighter "hard" nylon cases. I need one for transport use which offers more protection than my current padded one.

Take a look at

http://www.frets.com/FRETSPages/Musicia ... cases.html.

Frank Ford, a very knowledgeable guy, talks about the various types.

Thanks to both of you. I'd already seen the Pegasus website. No prices to be seen but they look beautiful - would probably cost more than my guitar did though.

The frets.com info is useful. Think I'll go for a hardshell.
