Hello from Canada!

Post by Mcfly » Sat Nov 03, 2018 7:52 am

Hi all, wonderful to meet you. I've been playing a range of instruments over the course of my life, but have mostly focused on guitar - self taught. I did some performing for several years on a steel string, but have since stopped. I started on my dad's classical guitar as a teen, trying to master the song Classical Gas and others. I eventually moved over to steel string as my musical taste changed.I feel my roots are in classical as where it's where I first learned! Now I have a daughter that has a growing interest in learning, and I'm hoping to get some good advice on starting her off on the right track and hopefully pass it on.
