Hello from Northumberland

Post by Wing Commander » Sat Nov 03, 2018 7:42 pm

Hi everyone. I am 62 and have been (trying) to learn the classical guitar (on and off for work reasons) for about 2 years now. Inspired by the incomparable Julian Bream and, latterly, by the mercurial Richard Durrant I am really trying to come to grips with the instrument - hampered by increasingly stiff finger joints. Just taken the decision to go on one of Richard's Guitar Adventure weeks in France next year so I had better get my finger out and make some progress. That's about all there is to say.
