Hello from Shanghai/Chattanooga

Post by longyuxi » Sun May 19, 2019 12:58 am

Hello,

I am a high school student with the hobby of classical guitar. I grew up in Shanghai, China and is currently in high school in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During both my middle school and my high school career I have been a classical guitar enthusiast. My high school offers guitar lessons, and I take private guitar lessons with my guitar teacher once a week. Compared to my friends, I am less interested in Jazz and rock but like classical music more. I have performed classical guitar at my school's recitals and the pieces I performed are: Milonga del Angel (Piazzolla), Koyunbaba Op.19 (Domeniconi), Mazurka-Choro (Villa-Lobos), Gran Vals (Tarrega), Lagrima (Tarrega) and I am currently working on Una Limosna por Amor de Dios (Barrios). I hope to make new friends and discuss classical guitar with other enthusiasts.
