Introduction

Post by Hammer2019 » Mon Jun 17, 2019 2:05 am

Hello,

As a form of introduction, I've played (on & off) classical guitar for about 20 years. I'm mainly self-taught. I started guitar lessons when I was around 10 years old & saved my summer money to buy a Takamine steel string guitar. My guitar teacher made me learn scales & finger-picking, although I just wanted to learn the latest songs on the radio. I enjoyed the challenge of learning to play notes instead of just chords and gravitated over to the classical guitar. The Takamine rarely gets played. I'm just getting back into playing CG after a long sabbatical (around 10 years) due to family commitments. I really enjoy Bach pieces.

Looking forward to learning from this forum.

Hello,

I've just joined this online forum and thought I would introduce myself, I'm a musician/aspiring music producer/recording artist living in Darwin NT Australia, I have been interested in playing guitar since I was 21 years old, I mostly play electric guitars but I'm seriously thinking of buying a good acoustic guitar one day, I found this online forum after doing a quick online search for a way to fix my Snark clip-on tuner which had developed an intermittent sensitivity problem, I read a forum thread about it and figured out a solution that I decided to share, I had to register as a member before I could post my solution first though....and here I am.
