Greetings from Arizona

Post by Mickey Rodent » Tue Aug 27, 2019 2:26 am

Hi everyone,

I've played guitar for 45 years, lots of styles. I have taught middle school choir and guitar for 20 years and am retiring this year. Though I was a classical guitar major, I use the techniques more than the repertoire these days.

I still play quite a bit. My go-to guitar is a "69 Gibson Blue Ridge model but I have a lot of the usual strat, tele, lp. The classical I have had for years is a fusion classical Alvarez that I cannot find the model name anywhere on it -- "Alvarez Hand Made" is embossed on a brace inside but that's it.

What brought me here is I recently picked up a couple of Japanese classical guitars off offerup and was wanting to find info about them -- this looks like the place.
