Hello from Managua, Nicaragua!

Although I've been around classical and flamenco guitar through one way or another all my life (family, friends, etc), and had the bug to learn how to play guitar well, just recently have I purchased a guitar and gotten a bit more into this wonderful culture. Although I love guitars overall, at this point I'm a bit more inclined to learn flamenco (hope that's not an issue here...).

My family and background is from Ecuador and Colombia (where there is a very rich flamenco and bullfighting culture), but I currently live in central america where flamenco and classical guitar is not that big.

I recently purchased a blanca flamenco guitar made from a Felipe Conde plan from a local luthier. I'm not an expert by any means but I think it sounds well, and plays easy although there are some quirks that I'm still working out with the luthier.

Glad to be here and looking forward to learn from all of you!!!
