Congratulations everyone. This is a really exceptional performance from the English speaking forum, I think you have all worked hard and deserve the outstanding results.

Probably the best course of action. I think I'll try to do that but I have some catching up to do. I also noted that D02 starts off with an emphasis on simultaneous rest stroke, something that I am seriously deficient at. So the main point for me is to stay involved and to continue developing the skills that I need to succeed. For that matter it might not be a bad idea to review some of the early D01 as well.

So bottom line - let's stay busy.

I have been MIA for a little while but so excited to see many of us cross the finish line. This group especially has been so positive and supportive and also pleased to see the progress we all have made in the past 10 months. I hope to continue the journey with many of you. Congratulations.

getting this in late. I apologize for being mia since the exam. Here are the other two videos for lesson 8, I've been working on the lesson 9 songs and should be ready to record today or tomorrow. :D
