How's this? I still wonder, now that I'm watching it, that I'm still not making enough of a fist. But at least my hand isn't leaving the guitar!

Much improved. Your hand is still bouncing a bit but way better. Try just playing open strings and place your left hand on top of your right hand to keep it in place. Once you have the bounce under control, try playing it again.
