What are you currently reading?

Talk about things that are not necessarily related to music or the guitar.

A true story by Peter Lovenheim, called, In The Neighborhood - The Search for Community On An American Street, One Sleepover At a Time.

The author wonders, after a tragedy happens on his street, why the impact on the neighborhood was so slight. And writes in his introduction, "Why is it that in an age of cheap long-distance rates, discount air lines, and the Internet, when we can create community anywhere, we often don't know the people who live next door?"

How the Mind Works by Steven Pinker, mainly to understand the reasoning behind some of this forum posts :D (seriously though, yes, that is what I'm reading right now).

Actually you can have an idea of what I'm reading right now and what I've read in the (recent) past by pointing your browser to http://www.anobii.com/angelv/books

Right now I'm reading three books :)

- Roger Penrose - The Road to Reality: A Complete Guide to the Laws of the Universe (I've been reading this for years, hehe. It's not easy reading for me, despite it being marketed as "popular science").

- JBoss Seam in Action. Almost done.

- Robin Hobb - Fool's Fate.

I just got Stephen King's new novel "Under the Dome". It's been a long time since I read any King, so I'm looking forward to that one.
