They are available in Germany as well at least from two online shops, Mrs. Enders and Schneidermusik.
I can't find Mrs. Enders on google... I might be intersted if the shipping fee for France isn't too expensive.
Apologies! Please search for classical strings und select the untitled google hit!

Her website is quite old fashioned and ordering must be done via email or phone, but it's the cheapest and fastest source in Germany!

Good luck! :D
I fully agree on the judgement. Mrs. Enders is my preferred source for strings for many years.

Well, I've been testing them for a while (Savarez Alliance Cantiga Premium Mixed Tension 510ARJP) and I've now put my review here.

SBM responded to my inquiry; "They're on order and should be available on their website soon"

Hi all,

I play with Savarez strings (HT= Bleues) for many years and followed their evolution.
Corum, Cantiga and now Cantiga Premium.
I prefer composite Alliance trebles over the nylon "New Cristal".
So the set I tested is Cantiga Premium Blue with KF alliance trebles.

Great feeling under the fingers. Very reasonable finger noise.
Beautiful sound and the basses are in my opinion less "metallic" than the regular Cantiga.
Last definitely much longer.

my teacher Hugues Navez provided me with a bass set which still is not available at my preferred supplier in Germany. As described they are less metallic than regular Cantiga. Some like this sound charakter. I find them a bit dull and less lively. As they are supposed to live longer maybe I will like them more after a little while on my Tacchi Garcia.

SBM has them in stock now... Current non sale price is $17.00 a set

I think I'll wait to hear how others feel about the string durability and sound, before purchasing
