Worth trying, Robert. My favourite LT set.

Peter, you mean the 800 set or the 200?

I will try it next time I want to put a LT set on a guitar, which wasn't that often recently.

Yesterday I put a set of Spanish Silver 200 on my guitar (cedar). I first found the black trebles confusing. I assume it is a matter of getting used to.

They seem to settle fast. So far I like the strings, though I want them to mature longer, before passing judgement. Very different in sound from what I remember the Suave 800. Since I had 2 sets between the Suave and the Spanish Silver, final assessments on Suave vs Spanish Silver might be difficult.

Let us know if the "D" string breaks prematurely. I bought 3 sets and all of the "d's" broke within the first two weeks playing every day. Playing again . . . Rognvald
