Hello George,

Congratulations on a lovely CD!

You have made some lovely choices with the repertoire presented on the recording and it is—of course—beautifully done. I hope it sells very well indeed.

Thank you for the chance to hear samples,

Best wishes, V :bravo:

Satie Scores for Flute and Guitar

Post by tenstring » Mon Aug 13, 2007 5:41 pm

I am pleased to announce the publication of Six Gnossiennes by Erik Satie, arr. for Flute and Guitar by George Torres and Rebecca Stuhr, and published by Trillenium Music.

http://www.trillmusic.com/catalog/trill ... nes&id=580

The Six Gnossiennes for Flute and Guitar by Erik Satie, is the first complete arrangement of all six of Satie’s Six Gnossiennes for Piano. The arrangements are aimed at an intermediate level for both flute and guitar, and they make an attractive collection of pieces for the flute and guitar duo. I have performed these pieces in concert, and they have been well received by audiences.

Hello George,

Thank you for the link!

As you know, we have a number of members who like to play flute & guitar duets and I hope your arrangements will sell well.

Best wishes, V

Looks like something I'm going to have to pick up at some point. Great wedding music repertoire/light recital stuff...

VERY cool!
