Losy, J. A. - Gigue in C Major - Baroque Guitar Video

Post by kidneykutter » Wed Mar 14, 2018 12:51 am

A Gigue in C major from the CZ-Nlobkowicz Kk77 manuscript by Johann Anton Losy (Logy). Not clear if it's an original guitar work or a transcription of a lute piece but either way it's charming. Performed by Daniel Shoskes on a 5 course Baroque Guitar

Very pretty piece and the guitar sounds sweet. Does that have a rounded back?

It's a vaulted back. Excellent projection for continuo

Nice piece and playing too... ;-)
