Melis Duo Right Hand Technique Video Tutorial

Post by guit-box » Sat Apr 13, 2019 2:32 am

If someone has purchased this and wants to give a detailed review, I'd like to hear about it. I'm always interested in more info on right hand technique, but only if it has something new or insightful.

You can watch the fingernail filing portion of the video here for free and it's pretty good, but not really anything new.

Has anybody watched it and have thoughts about it? I'm interested but maybe not enough to pay $17

I would like to see your video on teaching free stroke and rest stroke. I'm curious about how you would go about getting students to manage these very complicated movements.

It looks like at 3:51 min if you freeze the frame that she has acrylic nails. The thumb is quite thick and the index nail shows to be clear at the end with some of the natural (white color) nail showing thru. She does get a round and loud tone. I guess I may have to buy the video and check out the full 90 minutes because I'm a sucker for right hand technique videos. :D
