its not carpal tunnel because there is no pain or injury,

its an annoying little tickle when i move my fingers back with my big knuckle.

well like, when i use proper technique or like type, in both hands, it seems like my vein tickles when it contracts. its like an annoying tickle that i feel like i need to hit it against something for it to go away.

also the muscle in my left arm has been twitching.

i believe its the radius bone muscle. it sucks though because it hinders my guitar playing.

my right wrist is in a brace right now and i have really good technique.

Go see a doctor to check it out. I am just getting over something that cause my entire arm to tingle like it was asleep. Doctor thought it might me carpal tunnel but think it was a pinch nerve. Anyway he gave me Ibuprofin and that seems to start to work but as I am allergic to aspirin, I started getting "itchy" with this stuff so I cut it out. It took about 2 months but it is going away. Back to the "axe" again.

thats exactly how mine feels, did you figure out what caused it???

i went to a doctor on wednesday,

i get a nerve test in 11 days...and since im deathly afraid of needles, they gave me some xanex.

i also got fitted for a wrist brace which im wearing and im not allowed to take it off unless im showering.
