Lumbar support

Post by twang » Sat Dec 21, 2013 5:08 pm

What experience/recommendations do folks here have with lumbar support?

I currently play using the standard posture but find after a while I'll get lazy (or distracted) and let my lower back sag. I found a bit of lumbar support at work made a big difference in helping keep my back straight by not making my core have to work so hard. Lately I've been thinking about building or buying a seat for playing that would also have some lower back support.

Any ideas?

I use a chair with a back and add a pillow for extra lumbar support. I find memory foam works best for me.
