No but consider this - when I started my first year as a guitar major I did roughly 6-9 hours practice a day, came home, and relaxed by playing some computer. If I played two hours each, at this to practice and I was using my fingers solidly for about 11 or 12 hours a day. This is about 5 hours more than the Goverment standard Safe Working Conditions for using the fingers each day (standard set up to protect typists and other workers who use the fingers a lot).

Needless to say I injured my hands after about 6 months of this and its taken about 6 months to heal fully.

Playing games that only use the right hand mouse is the safest bet, and I think FPS games are the worst.
