The Yamaha was very recently inspected by a local luthier. The luthier said the neck is straight, bridge is not lifting, the action is high like in some 1960/s and 1970's classical guitars and ok, there is a little room left on treble side to lower the action. There is some wear through on the finish of some places on the fret board. The condition is fine for the age of the guitar.

The Yamaha Grand Concert Series GC-30A,B, and C are Yamaha's flagship custom shop handcrafted guitars that were modeled after the work of Manuel Hernandez and one of most expensive guitars made in Japan. They don't come up for sale much nowadays. The most desirable models are signed by luthiers Hideyuki Ezaki and Toshio Kato from the 1970's.
