A nice big slice of Paleo bread with Kerrigold butter...delicious, and good for you. Here's how I make it-the short version:
.5 cup of hemp hearts, 4 c almond flour, .5 c ground flaxseed, 6 tbl coconut flour, 1.5 tsp baking soda, .5 tsp sea salt, 10 large eggs-whisked, 1 tbl Pure Monk Fruit, 2 tbl coconut oil, 2 tbl apple cider vinegar (I add more to taste),jalapeno peppers, cinn, ginger, raisins, nuts, sunflower seeds, baked in oven 350 d for 30 min in coconut oiled glass rectangular baking dish (I actually use my barbecue on low) DELICIOUS!
There's no eating any type of flour on the Paleo diet and you won't miss it...especially the clogged intestines. Try some and also try the diet. Low carb, high protein and vegetable diet-good for your health.
