I Just noted in the video by Mr. Delcamp on Kreigher Minute that second Phrase has been improvisd which is not in the sheet music.
And what is the dash line on top of staff signifies on scond bar.
Please help!!

It’s not unusal for M Delcamp to play variations, but best we keep to the prnted version.

The dotted line shows an area where there is a difference in the rhythmic pattern of the 2 voices called a Hemiola http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemiola
It is best seen in the second half of bar 7, the top voice starts with a dotted crotchet (quarter note) followed by a quaver (eighth note) whereas the bottom voice is 2 crotchets. It means you are playing 2 different rhythms against each other.
