Just read Out of the Blue - Facing the Tsunami by Kimina Lyall. An eyewitness account of the events that occurred

on December 26 2004 in Thailand and other parts of the Indian ocean that claimed the lives of over 220,000 people.

Not really a book that one enjoys, but important to read.

Travels with Charley, John Steinbeck.

As relevant today as it was in 1962...maybe more.

Sebastian Barry, Days without end. Wonderful story about the fate of two young immigrants trying to make a living in the wild west of the 19th century. A book full of cruelty and love. Highly praised by the media.

I finally have gotten around to starting "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance". It's been on my list probably since I first heard about it. I have to say so far, it is nothing like I suspected.
